Apr 2, 05:20 PM by Mark SheldonDuring the last month we have been working on the icookathome.com web application. We were approached in February by Brian Hartley of Business Acuity to help complete this problem ridden project.
The application calculates minute by minute cooking guides and shopping lists, for a variety of different dishes and meals. Even meals as complex as a Sunday Roast or Christmas Roast are catered for.
Some of the services we provided:
- Analysis and consultancy
- ASP.NET code re-engineering using object-orientated approach
- Stored procedure layer modifications
- SQL Server 2005 data migration and data cleansing
- CSS/XHTML design work

Taking on a part-developed project is always a risk, especially one so complex. However, we have just completed the 1st phase requirements and the site is now up and running.
